A versatile sauce that goes well with egg dishes, chicken and most vegetables. Can also be used as a dip.

200 g Grilled peppers in olive oil
100 g Feta cheese
50 ml lemon juice
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
Salt

Discard the olive oil. Process the ingredients until smooth. Chill (gives a firmer texture).
