Persimmon with Melted Camembert

Serves 6

2 persimmon fruits, cut into slices (fresh nectarines are a good substitute if you can’t find the persimmons)
150 g Camembert
18 walnuts, lightly toasted

  1. Melt the Camembert in a microwave.
  2. Arrange the cut up persimmons on a serving plate.
  3. Spoon over the Camembert.
  4. Place the walnuts on top.
